APEC Schools is a chain of secular private high schools offering affordable but high quality education, providing a viable alternative to overcrowded government schools and the rising fees of other private/ parochial schools. It is targeted to the lower to mid-income Filipinos, starting its pilot program in 2013. As of 2015, APEC Schools has 23 branches across multiple cities. Its tuition fee is among the bottom quartile of all private schools in Metro Manila. Its goal is to prepare its graduates for immediate employment as well as to pursue higher education.
