A study conducted by Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) identifies and analyzes preprimary options for children in Lagos, Nigeria in September and October 2013. Findings reveal that a large number of preschool options are available in the region, especially in the private sector, and that the vast majority of children are attending these preschools. The study is part of a four-city project, also covering South Africa, Ghana, and Kenya
