Out-of-School Children in Sri Lanka: Country Study

This study, formally launched in-country in the summer of 2012, surveys the Sri Lankan education sector, the "five dimensions of exclusion" at play, and the participation rates in pre-primary, primary, and lower secondary education system. The report then transitions into policies and strategies to build demand-side socio-cultural policies, financial allocations, and education expenditure strategy to reduce out-of-school counts in coming years.
