Youth Livelihoods Development Program Guide

In countries where a large plurality of school-age children are working for a living or employed in informal and household-based sectors, there exists an urgent need for "livelihood development" alongside workforce development strategies that either return these youth to school or offer them the education they lack. This report surveys the ways countries with high numbers of children in the workforce meet their needs and leverage their talents, while ensuring their healthy and educated livelihoods.
